My interview experience with White Cap was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After completing the interview process, I was ghosted and received no meaningful follow-up. I was later told that an offer had been made to another candidate, but the same role appeared to be reposted afterward, which made the explanation feel misleading. The interview itself also felt poorly handled. Some of the interviewers came across as underprepared and inexperienced, and the conversation did not feel like a serious evaluation of my background or qualifications. I spent significant time answering questions in detail, including one response that took around 15 minutes to explain, but it felt like the interviewers were distracted and not actively listening. Overall, the process felt disorganized, disrespectful of candidates’ time, and lacking professionalism. Based on my experience, I would caution other candidates to be careful before investing too much time in their interview process.
