Interviewed with HR, and then interviewed with an engineering manager. Was given positive feedback and was told next steps would be coming soon. Was then ghosted. I even sent thank yous and polite inquiries with no response.

Pretty standard. Did a phone screening first. Then did an onsite and met individually with several engineers. Toured the factory and discussed potential projects. Extremely clean facility and nice people.
