I was sat in a room with two interviewers, the HR manager and a supervisor from the claims side of the business. There was a test to start with regarding bicycle names and parts. There was then a discussion about my knowledge of bicycles and relevant work experience.

Processes were smooth and nothing too intimidating.
Friendly staff and they make you feel at ease during the interview. Just discuss about whatever you know and openly say you dont know if you dont know something
