Terrible. I felt like I was being prosecuted. Recruiter was dismissive, rude and immediately wanted to discuss salary, even though there was no job available. Discouraged me from applying saying I would not be qualified for something I clearly would qualify for. I was very discouraged, not just about the interview, but about the company altogether, and about myself as a person, almost.
