To be honest, I didn't get to talk to a person. I was invited to take a survey for the Screening Process. There were supposed to be 9 questions and I was given 5. I answered honestly and got a rather abrupt message stating I was no longer under consideration. As a data person, I completely agree with automation, but we should also remember there is still a person on the other side of that automation.
