I am driven by the opportunity to learn and grow as an individual and businessperson. I also strive to form meaningful relationships. I believe this was the question that ended up getting me rejected, because I eventually started talking about how it would be great to work my way up into management roles and beyond, trying to show myself as a career-minded individual. Instead I got the sense they were looking to hire sales drones to meet targets, not seek personal aspirations.
