Interview
After you submit your CV, they will contact you to set a date for the interview. The interview will be done over zoom and will include a 10 minute mock lesson. They will send you the lesson material before the interview.
It was a 1:1 Zoom call with a recruitment member. We discussed my previous experience and had a 10 minute mock class demo. Once the demo was over I was given some feedback and talk through the hiring process.
30 minute zoom interview with a 10 minute demo lesson. Slides for demo lesson are provided well in advance to give you time to practice them beforehand. Interviewer was very friendly and gave a lot of helpful feedback, can be offered a second chance at the demo class if you make some small mistakes with your first one.
