Interview
Went into the store about 10 minutes before the interview started. The lady in the front (who ended up interviewing us) told me that it was going to take about 2 more minutes, it ended up like another 7. The interview wasn't in the store, but instead out on some couches in the mall. It was REALLY informal. There were 7 of us girls squished on one couch in a loud mall. The lady went around asking our names, then the questions began. It wasn't bad at all, but it was extremely informal. The lady talked about being "ratchet" and ghetto...and she was one of the managers. Goes to show how professional Wet Seal is.
It was fun and comfortable, I enjoyed it and the people. The questions were not too difficult and the employees were nice and taught me everything i needed to know
Quick and direct process, great communication with hiring manager throughout process, good questions during interview process, in person interview in a group setting with other candidates, heard back within 10 days

What outfit would you put together for a night out?
the interview was with basic questions, was nice, and no pressure. Take time when answering questions. Management was nice and made the interview super comfortable. If you are prepared for the interview you will not have an issue answering the questions at hand.
