Three-day process. Took a written test in a room with about 20 other people. Was given 90 minutes. Test consisted of scenario-type questions relating to handling confidentiality; reading a sample print order for information; math problems; reading various paragraphs and selecting from multiple choice how many typographical and/or grammatical errors were on each line; selecting the best answer in a hypothetical office scenario. Came back the next day to take a typing test. Came back the next day for a panel interview with 4 people.
