Westerville-Worthington Learning Center interview questions

Hiring process seemed a little too easy. There weren't a lot of questions asked, but they kind of just handed me the position. They almost seemed desperate to hire anyone on the spot. I met the owner, his name was Omar. While showing me around and introducing me to the other employees, he introduced me by the wrong name! I was kind of shocked because if you're hiring someone that could be a future employee for your company, you need to know their name! But before you fully get hired they give you a paper to go and get your finger prints done, background checks, and no drug test.
