complicated and overly involved for an entry level role. I did not complete virtual interview process after being asked to prepare multiple long video responses to open ended questions. Overall the process seemed geared to weed out people and it certainly worked on me.

I was asked to create multiple 10 minute presentations, one being that I should demonstrate my understanding of the asset backed lending industry. I was not going to prepare multiple presentations for this entry level role.
