Went through three interviews with two different people. A lot of talking from their end of explaining the job and the perks. Very easy going, and they basically try to sell you the job.

The Interview process was set up in 3 stages. A phone call, and two interviews in their office. I could tell they took a vested interest in trying to know me. The final interview was more of a conversation, wanting to get to know me.

Interview
Went through two interviews and both were satisfying. The process was clean and easy. The paperwork you have to do for the internship is tedious and takes a decent amount of time.

The interview process is different because they want you to ask all the questions and get the interviewer to talk more than yourself. This is part of the Sandler training that you learn within the company.
