I was referred by a friend,
1. HR telephone call - asking if I understood the role and the salary expectations.
2. I was then sent two test: a logic test and a personality test, to fill.
3. I was informed that my future manager would like an interview, which lasted about an hour. It was a casual discussion about the current position, the company, the need for a PM, the team structure. Trying to learn about myself, my personality ect, though not much about my skills. Kind of like a vibe check, seeing if we got along.
4. Interview with higher management, where I was asked skills based questions, scenarios, previous experiences ect.
5. Call from HR confirming my offer!
