West End Strategy Team interview questions

A first interview, which was pleasant, was followed by a three hour timed writing test. The test was absurdly long for so early on in the interview process. It makes me wonder if they're simply using the work product for their own company's benefit. I do not recommend interviewing with this company.

The interview process moved pretty quickly. For a small firm, they move nimbly and get you in front of folks. I think I had three rounds of interviews. Hiring manager was very responsive. The team seemed passionate and committed to their work and overall, it seemed to be a great place to work.
