After an initial phone screening I was invited to an online Zoom meeting. I was not informed that this would be a panel interview, I joined the meeting and was met with 10 faces staring back at me. I've no idea what they hope to gain by having the entire department attend, the Dean, doctors, professors, and staff included. While they were pleasant enough a heads up would have been desirable, seemed somewhat excessive for a job barely paying above minimum wage. Despite them informing me that they notify all candidates whether successful or not, over a month later and I've been ghosted. There's an element of irony in that being the occupational health department.

I was scheduled to interview with their team but didn't receive a call when the time came. The interview was scheduled using a separate site, so I didn't have the recruiters contact information to reach out to about if they were still able to meet. The link was invalid after the timeframe as well, so I couldn't reschedule either. Unfortunately did not have a positive experience and feel ghosted.
