I applied via Linkedin and the HR contacted me by email. First round was a 10 minutes hr online screening, asked some basic question. Second round was onsite and with two team member which one is the same position as I applied for and the other was a logistic manager. From what they said about the JD, the job was less related to the supply chain, it can be seen as a support position for the trader, you need to handle the orders and arrange the sipping.. etc,. They prefer a person who only does the thing by order and follows their instructions. During the interview, the manager kept asking 'Do you think you really want to do this job?' and spread a bit provocative words. The process let me felt uncomfortable. In one question part, I answered I was the person who liked to plan the trip and the manager asked what if my friends were not satisfied. He kept asking what if they said no they don't like it? --> Here can show he didn't like the person who has a too strong personality which feels hard to control haha. I thought: excuse me, we were friends and of course, we already communicated well done.

After I submit my initial application on their website, the HR responded quickly within minutes to guide me into the next step. The next step is to answer a few questions including experience, expectations and motivations.
