Interview
Basic questions , stuck to their script of questions. Never got to actually talk or get to know a person or persons while interviewing. They asked all the same words as every other company

Interview
Rigorous for a summer internship, they are very particular with who they hire. Had several phone interviews with the HR director, then she came down from the home office (2.5 hours away) to interview me with the branch manager. They want to know who you are as a person, your core values, and hobbies. They don't care about prior experience because they love to hire and promote from within.

Interview
It's been awhile, but I interviewed with the Operations Manager, and one of the engineers. I didn't get a offer, but the operations manager went through one of those "hand holding" management trainee programs many companies do these days instead of working up from the bottom like one should be required to do. Wouldn't want to work for one of those managers anyway.
