I applied online, the job vacancy had already been posted about 2-3 weeks ago. The interviewer was very laid-back, almost to the point where he he did not care much, and, indeed, towards the end of the interview he told me that they had already decided on some candidates for the role and admitted that the chances that they change their mind were very small. About a week after, he contacted me again and offered me a job as a Junior Project Manager.
It was good and friendly process. The inteviewer was very friendly and he wanted to learn some things about my academic and career paths. Also, I talked about some negative and positive aspects of my character.

Waste of time - I went through their 3 interviews process, they made an offer which I accepted, they informed me about the good feedback from the hiring manager and after all that, no reply, I followed up and every time, same answer, "we still don't have any updates."
