Ridiculous process. So many hours wasted. There's so much unpaid training that needs to be done. The entrance exam is absurd. It leaves too much room for interpretation. The whole process left a bad taste

i started with learning modules and after that i goes for exam and it has 3 section ,1st is theoretical and even after careful attention i failed ,i think my answer is right but may be there is hidden time limit because i completed it in 10 minutes .

There is not really any interview, though there are many exams you need to pass first. First, you need to pass the English Test then you need to do courses in We Learn and after that you'll be given 3 final tests which you need to pass before getting the job.
