It was a group interview process. The questions were pretty standard as to why you want to work there and if you had any previous experience with research or working independently. They also had a test that was pretty straightforward.
The first interview was a phone call. Then an in person group interview. At the end we were given a very easy test. I think everyone I interviewed with got an offer.

The interview had questions about getting to know you and what kind of work environment you are comfortable with. It also entailed a small aptitude test. Nothing that anyone can/should study for.

The remote interview process begins with a preliminary video chat, where we discussed my background and the role. We had a nice conversation about my background and my language skills.
