I was applying for the role of project manager intern at the Milan office. I first got an email saying that the recruiter found me suitable for the position and after reviewing my application he was excited to move on with the phone interview. I sent him my availability on Tuesday and I got no answer from him. Unfortunately, our appointment was supposed to be on Thursday and he missed it. I sent that same day an email asking about this and he replied on Friday excusing himself for the number of applications. However, this time he said that he wanted to review my profile. Until after ten days of a lot of uncertainty, he decided that I was not suitable for the position anymore.
