four interviews, 1 hour each with a case (20-30minutes)+ fit questions + interviewee Q&A all four senior members I met with were highly respectful and engaging and spoke very highly of the firm's work culture. Cases were pretty standard, nonprofit based. Would probably be best to practice with a partner without adhering to a very strict framework/structure, but rather opt for a more discourse-based, interactive approach to casing (it's what the partners seemed to prefer)

Throughout the first round interview, it seemed one of the interviewers did not properly read my resume or cover letter (if at all). Many of the questions were in a generic format geared towards applicants with essentially no job experience which was not applicable to me. I ended up receiving a rejection email that used very bizarre and (in my opinion) highly unprofessional wording, which I have never seen before. Overall, I was not left with a positive impression of this organization. I encourage future candidates to skip this company. Two hour-long interviews in one day for the first round is excessive and communication from interviewers was unprofessional.
