Wells & Co. interview questions

The interview was informal, and it didn’t seem as if she knew what to ask me. I was essentially told no on the spot for being over ambitious, she questioned my longevity due to my goals. I was told that there is little to no opportunity for progression or promotion. It was the worst interview I’ve had, she didn’t sell the company well at all, and I wouldn’t take the job even if they had offered.
