I applied online. I interviewed at Wellington Management (Boston, MA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Fairly straightforward, several interviews with several different people. Generically just asking about my background, interest in investments, experiences etc. Nothing too complicated but just many many rounds of this throughout the process, and eventually ending in a case study.

Interview
It is a 7 step interview process that took over 3 months to complete from start to finish. Step 1-5 was behavioral interviews and then step 6 was a case study and 7 was an interview with the hiring manager. Half the team was nice, half the team sounded over worked and unhappy.

Four rounds of interview. Lot of emphasis on work done in the past. Questions were focused on the basics of finance to in depth knowledge of fixed income such as effects of parallel shifts in the term structure on duration, etc.
