I applied and about 3 days later received a phone call for a phone interview. After the phone interview she sent me an email that contained 5 questions as an additional interview process. Once I completed that I gave some great answers but never heard back from them.

Nothing was difficult. Could you describe a time when you worked with a process or procedure that you found frustrating? Could you discuss a time when you had to think outside the box?
