Interview
Initial phone interview where they seemed more interested in seeing if I was available to travel for training than my qualifications. Second interview was a virtual training presentation of my choice, but they didn't use an online meeting room (like adobe connect or webex). I emailed them a presentation and then walked them through it on the phone. I was not able to share anything other than documents and a PowerPoint.
