Interview
First their is a phone interview with a member of HR. Then you will be called in to have a series of 1:1 interviews. The interview questions were pretty standard. everyone was really friendly and took time to cover all of my questions.

Question 1
You need to have a basic understanding of what a CMO does.
If applying for a claims related position, you need to be able to answer basic questions regarding claims. They may not ask directly but they will fish your knowledge and will be able to tell if your skirting
The interview process was a little time consuming. I first interviewed with the HR recruiter over the phone. Then, I interviewed with hiring manager and a tesm member. Then there was another interview with the Director and a last interview with the VP.

Interview
Received calls multiple calls from multiple recruiters about this position. I have done both interviews and still waiting for a response. For one position it has been a month and half and for the other position, it has been 2 wks. I have not been rejected yet but I have not been given an update either.
*Update*- The day after I wrote this review I got a response. A generic response. It took them close to 2 months to figure out they don't want to move forward with my "candidacy". I wish they would have told me that 2 months ago.

Two interviews with two different recruiters, then an interview in person, then oddly, another phone interview with the person who I thought was going to be my boss (but ended up not), then another in person interview, this time with two people.
