Bought so tuped over from knights pharmacy to well so not needed an interview. Kept the same job as the pharmacist manager at same store. Wouldn't of done an interview to work in my sale role..

It began with a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview where my knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities were assessed. The interviewer asked scenario-based questions to evaluate how I would handle real-life situations in the pharmacy. Overall, the experience was positive, and the team made me feel comfortable while assessing my fit for the role.

One key question they asked was how I would handle a situation where a patient requests a medication that is out of stock. They wanted to assess my problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients.

Interview
It was friendly and supportive atmosphere there. Needed to answer a list of questions. The area manager read them from the screen. Took me an hour to answer all the questions.
