      Anonymous interview candidate
      Skaneateles, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Welch Allyn (Skaneateles, NY) in Jan 2019

      Interview

Recruiter was only with company 3-1/2 months, and job hopped multiple jobs lasting about 1 year each. (5 jobs like this.) Recruiter called 5 minutes late. 15 minute phone interview by this new hire Recruiter. She had a lot of difficulty follow my high level experience, skills, and work performed. She was poorly prepared and never went over the job to review it prior to starting.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Asked my my current position, describe it. Why am I looking, describe it. Go over your work history, got to 2nd position and she was having extreme difficulty following me. I stopped and asked her if she had any question. But her silence and stumbling on talking or even communicating made me think she was not the appropriate person for this task.
