I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Weis Markets (Pottstown, PA) in Aug 2012
Interview
I had one interview and then an orientation. The orientation was a joke. I filled out paperwork and then I was supposed to watch videos and then take a questionaire to see what I learned about safety and SHRINK and so on but their VCR was broke so the Customer Service Woman who hired me told me to write down what she said and just fed me the answers. I asked if I got a handbook explaining this stuff and she said yes but the handbook only covered company policy concerning sicks days, tardiness, professionalism, dress code, etc. Nothing about the finer points of performing my actual job.

Interview
No questions asked, just a review of my resume, background check, and drug test. I did not have to do anything except submit my application and meet with the human resources manager. I started a week later.
Easy interview. They asked the basic questions. It was less than one hour and the response time after was quick. The interview took place in the managers office. It wasn’t a hard interview, they just want to get to know you and why you want to work there pretty much.

Interview
rude, it was not the best experience. immature questions and i did not get the job because of the really weird questions to be honest. if you want to apply go ahead, but I would stay clear.
