3 total rounds: a phone screen with HR, a video interview with the hiring manager, and a panel interview with the hiring manager and a number of employees. The panel asked a variety of questions about my resume and work experience, and they talked about their experiences with the job

First I passed the HR interview. The I had technical interview. in technical interview there were no technical questions, 5-6 general questions. I wasnt offered the job, but they were still desperately looking . They were looking for people with soft skills rather than technical skills.
