Started with a phone screening that focused on explaining the job description and getting my level of interest and asked some basic getting to know me questions, the call lasted about 30 minutes. Next was an interview with two different team leads and the interview was half job scenario questions and half background questions. After that was another interview with two more team leads and the questions were nearly similar to the first interview.

The interview process at WebstaurantStore was smooth/thorough/structured, everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable and talked very highly about working for the company. It consisted of 3 interview stages, including (initial phone/video meeting/ video meeting).

All online through Telegram. Took over an hour and a half to go through questions, sometimes the same questions multiple times. There were typos in some of the messages which made some of the information difficult to understand
