Interview
The interview process was very brief and felt somewhat rushed. While the recruiter was polite, there was limited engagement or opportunity for discussion, which made it difficult to fully understand the role or share my experience in depth.
Brief phone HR interview followed by interview with hiring manager. Straight forward personality questions. "tell me about a time when" Nothing crazy. Rapid fire with little discussion. Very friendly though

Interview
I had a phone interview with someone in the HR department first, then a video interview with two people (at the same time) from the marketing department. The next step would have been one more interview with one of the heads of the department.
