Pretty straightforward. 1. Initial interview to make sure you aren't a lunatic. 2. Technical interview to gauge your skill level. It's not too technical though, mostly to get a sense of your experience and how you go about solving problems. 3. Final interview with a department head ( I presume to make sure you'll be a good culture fit).
