Interview
I had an interview with the engineering manager and then the owner. Took about 2.5hrs. That manager is gone probably closer to an hour interview now. Took about a week to give me an offer. It's a small company be friendly, dress well, bring drawing examples and talk a good game.

Question 1
I was given a drawing and asked to create a model and drawing in Soildworks. (You may be given the part and calipers.)

Interview
Interview was straightforward, and software related. I was also asked some of the typical behavioral questions, but only 1 or 2 out of the 6 total. The owner himself interviewed me, which was nice considering they're a small company. I didn't know what I would be doing until the day I started.

The interview mainly consisted of general fundamental concepts of electronics. Also later during the interview I was asked to write a small code using pointers.
