Chaotic, a real lunatic at the front of their HR. Arrogant manner. They were desperate to hire cross-border employees preferably. Only positive aspect, they offered permit B to work in Switzerland.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward. Mainly questions focused around experience to date and requests for examples of how you dealt with certain situations along with examples.
A large focus was placed on what I knew about the company/product, presumably to test how much research I had done. After this they focused on role specific questions and why I felt i was suited to the role
