The HR will make you sit in a small room with 50 other kids coming for BPO. They'll first make you write a short essay - don't know for what reason, then HR will conduct your basic interview regarding your profile, salary expectations, etc. Then if they feel that you qualify for technical round, they'll ask you to wait. The wait is so irritating, that you just feel like leaving and moving ahead. Then their staff will come and take you to a labyrinth of stairs and rooms and finally place you in a really super small open cabin. Then after ages, the interviewer would realize that there is someone waiting. Then they'll ask redundant question and honestly even you would doubt the interviewer's knowledge.
Once confirmed, you'll have final interview round with the Head of the department, who would just go through your resume and ask you about your background.
