I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Webgility (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
Interview lasted about 30 minutes with basic questions from three different employees. The basic questions that get a company no where with a candidate. The outdated questions that grill an employee of their past and not what they can bring to the company. I don’t know what was worse... the interview or complete lack of communication from the team. When a company has zero communication after an interview that’s a big no no and unfortunately 99% of companies don’t understand that. It’s an instant foul taste of the company and what they will also bring day to day. Completely ghosting or giving false reassurance is down right disrespectful. After multiple emails to HR and VP and receive nothing back is unprofessional. Beware of Webgility. If they can’t even take 1 minute of their day to respond back to an email, then why should you spend your time wondering if you are the right candidate or not. The day to day will be the same in the workplace. You’ll just be another name in the outlook email.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Webgility (Scotsdale, MO) in Mar 2020
Interview
Interview processing was smooth. It was conducted on scheduled time. I am not sure that they really want to hire or just doing time pass. My interview was good and my profile was perfectly suitable for the job.
