The interview process is four stages from screening to line manager, then a "technical test" which was to analyse then present some data and finally a "GIA test". Arranging the screening was an incredibly painful experience. There was some back and forth and when a time was agreed and the Teams invite was sent. Over the next few hours HR changed the meeting date three times. Oddly the interviewer called my phone 30 minutes before the interview time then sent an angry email when I didn't answer. I found this both peculiar and off putting. I found the interviewer rude and prickly. I asked a single question which was to outline the process, apparently the GIA test is an intelligence test. I had long since lost interest and ended the interview.
