Had a first-round interview with the recruiter, then an interview with my direct managers, then an interview with leads on the account. There was also a writing/strategy test, which was quite extensive in my opinion. I had to create a media strategy, make a mini-media list, write a media pitch, create/vet a mini-list of influencers, and find news clips about a certain topic.
