Interview

Ich wurde freundliche im Eingangsbereich abgeholt. Dort wurde mir das Unternehmen und auch die Produkte vorgestellt. Anschließend im Besprechungsraum kam es dann zu einem sehr guten und offenen Gespräch auf Augenhöhe. Es wurden vernünftige Fragen gestellt und intensiv auf meine Beweggründe eingegangen. Es gab ausreichend Zeit meine Fragen zu stellen und diese wurden auch ausführlich beantwortet.

Intense questioning about process and contacts. Presented business plan, forecasting, objectives and networking. CEO asked about management style, requirements for the position and hard negotiations about salary. The HR manager was very nice and provided significant background on the company.

Interview

Phone Interview with the recruiter. Asked very basic interview questions. Scheduled In person interview with Sales Director and recruiter. Very Formal. The Interview was very straight forward. They told me they will get back to me in a couple of days. After the Interview was done the Recruiter showed me around the offices. The Interview lasted about 30-45 minutes.
