I applied online. I interviewed at Webb Law Group (CA) (San Diego, CA)
Interview
This has got to be the most comprehensive interview I did for $13 an hour back in 2018. I was screened via video call and then was asked to interview on site for about 2.5 hours. I did a couple tests and completed a paper application. After, I met with an associate and the managing shareholder. I remember I waited awhile for Mr. Webb to come meet with me, at the end he offered me the position and asked me to email the managing paralegal that I got the offer verbally. The shareholder was unsure that I would like their work schedule, so he offered me a trial run to come in for two weeks at 6am and then go to my current job which started at 8am. I was glad for this trial run because I did not like the office culture at all and the firm was not a great fit for me.

Question 1
Would you be okay running errands from time to time?

Interview
The lady who interviewed me was very brief, she did not give me direct eye contact, and invited me to do a test run. I did not meet with the managing paralegal as promised and I had to follow up with the company, They never told me their decision, even if it was a simple "we regret to inform you that we do not feel that you will be the right fit" I would be fine. Please do not leave your candidates hanging, it's very unprofessional.
