Interview
This interview was for DUBAI U.A.E.
Initially i was contacted by a recruitment agency on telephone in dubai. after initial screening and agreed upon buget etc they forward my profile to webb fontaine team.
Second
Again there was 1 screening interview with webb fontaine philipine team , inital discussion about CTC, current role etc. Its was 20 t0 25 minute discussion
Third
after that they arrange a technical interview with an eng and that went for almost 2 hours. it was average difficult most of question was around API, Docker , microservices, API rate limiting, difference between VM and docker, api gateway bla bla. it went well
Fourth
final they forward me to the final round with HR manager and technical manager. it was again a 30 to 40 minute of interview and mostly non technical and related to team management. as per my interaction it went well . in last interview they again ask the same question about salary etc what they ask in first 2 interview . in the end they ask they ll give feedback in next week.
next week i didnot got any feedback from webb fontaine infact i contacted the recruited who share my profile with them and he was absent in whole process.
after 4 days he come back that i was not selected and they did not give specific feedback about your performance .
so in nuttshell they wasted my precious time in such a long and lengthy process and in the end they didnot gave any feedback. i dont know what was purpose of final round. so i advise folk in dubai to agreed on things ( salary, benefits, visa etc) on very first round as you wont be surprised later and save your time.

Interview
1- written test, followed by online technical interview, followed by face2face managerial round discussion ,followed by unannounced technical interview after managerial discussion.
-Written technical include 2 problems to code in any language and some multiple choice question related to DB, DS, GIT and everything.

Question 1
Technical interview was good, Mostly asked me about my experience with detail discussion on microservices patterns and java.
Managerial Round is good. they give you some scenarios and overall judge the person if you fit in their organization.
After the HR round was over, interviewer asks to meet one of the team member and that person asks you everything on your resume.
e.g.
What is rest, what is soap , What is difference between rest n soap, what is jvm, what is JTA, what is solid, what is 12 factors, what is ideals. all useless theory stuff.
I think they need to formalize the process a bit to save their time as well as candidate's time.
