it was 4 steps of interview till reaching the manager or director, it was an internship they were exaggerating about interview and interview assessment and they didn’t even send feedback or rejection mail after i passed the first 3 interviews

It starts with a screening call that you receive within the same or the very following day of your application, HR is very friendly and attentive to candidates' needs Then it passes by a technical interview addressing your qualifications and ends with a final interview with the manager of whichever department you're being onboarded to.
