After screening with HR. 1. Written test MCQ based on java programming. I cleared this round. 2. HR interview with owner(Founder) checking confidence level and also asked some basic technical question. 3. Assignment round to be completed within 24hrs. My assignment was selected. 4. Another technical round before that owner(founder) asked me puzzle and also some basic question. In this round asked about C programming. I gave 50% correct answer. Final Discussion: Company policy and salary negotiation. And main thing they want me to join next day that is on 14th of Nov. I agreed with their condition and also ready to join. They want 2 reference number from my both previous internship. I gave them these reference number. On 15th Nov I got call from HR for another round on same day. This was technical round "Only to reject candidate" because all discussion ware done. After this round HR came to me and say "Sorry you are not good in technology so your application is rejected".
