Interview
They bring you in for 4 hours plus and you have several rounds of interview with leaders. It was a waste of time because of the day I went they had a lot going on in the office. I think that they just throw things on the wall to see if it will stick with bringing in talent. Talent and experience isn't want they want and diverse is definitely not what they are even though they claim that.

Interview
It was pretty intensive and they went into great detail about how grueling the job is. Particularly within the first six months and you’re expected to put in a minimum of a 55 hour week including Saturdays, while you’re building your book of business.
