Very simple and easy. The people interviewing you are very nice and it is more to see if you are a good person more than anything else. They really just wanted to get to know you better as a person.

The interview consisted of multiple rounds, and it was an open-ended conversation. They also require you to write a vision statement, and list 100 people you could call to sell their services.
