I was contacted by a recruiter from NYC within 2 hours of applying for Software Engineer position. After finding out that I am from Seattle, the recruiter got me in contact with Seattle Wework team who scheduled my Phone Interview quickly. It was a video coding interview with a Staff Engineer from Wework. I was asked 3 part question with increasing hardness in every part. After this, it took a couple of weeks to schedule an in person interview. I spoke with 7 people in total including Director, Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Product Manager, recruiter, and coordinator during in person interview. The whole team is really talented and passionate about their work. They asked me bunch of questions on my background, Design patterns, Data Structure and Algorithms, Problem Solving, System Design, and standard leetcode like (moderate) questions.

Phone Screening. It lasts for about 45 minutes. Some basic interview questions and then a coding problems. You can choose any programming languages you like. The problem may not be so difficult but you had better able to complete with bug free.
