I applied through their website, took an automated video interview a few days later. Followed up with a thank you email, never heard back. Two weeks later got a random email asking me to schedule a phone interview with recruiter that was to happen in another two weeks. Wrote another email, and never heard back. On the day of our scheduled interview, the recruiter never called me. I became very frustrated and contacted another WeWork manager that I knew of from a friend, and HR, and finally the next day, the recruiter got back to me telling me that she sent me some "out of office" emails and that on the day of my phone interview she tried calling me but some error message popped up. Wouldn't the obvious thing to do would be follow up by email saying the phone call couldn't go through? All in all, I felt like I was talking to wall all throughout the interview process. Side note: HR is useless and never responded to my email. The other WeWork manager I contacted got back to me and told me he reached out to the recruiter's supervisor. Perhaps she got into some trouble for not taking care of her potential candidates and got personal with me to tell me that I was not selected for third round interviews. Woman, why don't you do your job right then??
