I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WeQ Global (Berlin) in Jan 2019
Interview
The process consisted of a quick phone call discussing my resume and the current Java positions. Then a very medium difficulty home coding challenge to ingest event and calculate statistics on it. Then they invited me for the final onsite interview. It was 2.5 hour tech interview and lunch afterward.
The tech interviews were of average difficulty and involved some general Java and database questions. Although, there was a python guy who asked some weird question about python and bash even though I've applied for Java position. All the interviewers were very nice and I could tell they are bright people.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WeQ Global (Berlin) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview was well processed, everything went smooth and was well prepared. The structure was clear. I had first an interview with the HR, and then an interview with the team lead and the last but not the least, with the future potential colleagues.
